Luxury Development ‘Layton Pointe’ to Offer 31 Homes at 3900 Sherwood Boulevard, Delray Beach, FL

The reported that the community will feature 31 one-story and two-bedroom homes, with the luxury residences spanning 2,632 to 4,187 square feet each. Floorplans will range from three-bedroom to six-bedroom layouts, offering three- to four-car garages, “tranquil outdoor living areas, and versatile options such as flex rooms and offices.” Toll Brothers will launch sales for Layton Pointe in spring 2025, with the cost of ownership starting at $1.
