Land in Wiltshire is available for £1.5 million after plans to build a “stunning” country house were approved.

In 2023, planning permission was granted to demolish agricultural buildings at Manorfield Farm in Manningford Abbots near Pewsey and construct a new build described as a “listed property of the future.” The site is now for sale for a price of £1.5 million with estate agent Knight Frank saying any buyer will be working alongside award-winning architects to deliver the project.

The house, which will also have an attached garage, has been designed by Sherbourne Developments and is expected to be delivered in 2025 or 2026.
