Lucy Hale and John Owen Lowe are grabbing lunch. The 35-year-old Pretty Little Liars actress and the 28-year-old Unstable actor headed to Italian restaurant Cecconi’s for a bite to eat on Tuesday afternoon (Sept. 17) in West Hollywood, Calif.
For their outing, Lucy went comfy in a white zip-up hoodie and black sweatpants while John Owen sported a gray “Fallon” sweatshirt, black shorts, and a baseball hat. Back in June, Lucy and John Owen sparked romance rumors when they were spotted hanging out in Studio City. Several weeks later during an appearance on WWHL , John Owen shut down the rumors saying that he and Lucy are just friends .
