Lucknow building collapse: 'Death toll rises to six; rescue op underway,' says DM Surya Pal Gangwar

Lucknow (UP): A building collapsed in Transport Nagar under the Sarojini Nagar police station area in Lucknow on September 07. leaving several people feared trapped inside the building. Speaking to ANI Lucknow DM Suryapal Gangwar informed that 30 people have been evacuated in the rescue operation and the death toll in the incident has gone up to 6.

DM Lucknow Suryapal Gangwar said, "Earlier 28 people were evacuated. Now 2 more people have been evacuated in the rescue operation. The death toll in the incident has gone up to 6.
