Lucid to acquire select Arizona-based Nikola facilities and assets

The transaction does not include the acquisition of Nikola's business, customer base, or technology related to Nikola's hydrogen fuel cell electric trucks, the electric vehicle maker said in a statement. Lucid added it plans to offer employment to more than 300 former Nikola employees across the Arizona facilities, including various technical salaried and hourly positions in multiple departments.
