A low pressure area was spotted near the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Friday morning, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. Based on its tropical cyclone formation outlook at 10 a.m.
, PAGASA said the LPA was located 1,830 kilometers east of Southeastern Luzon. “The Low Pressure Area (LPA 11b) has a LOW chance of developing into a Tropical Depression within the next 24 hours. Everyone is advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA,” PAGASA said on Facebook.
The LPA was monitored while Typhoon Marce was moving over the West Philippine Sea and is expected to exit PAR on Friday afternoon or evening. —AOL, GMA Integrated News.
