Most football teams wouldn't be determined to have a possible comeback after struggling mightily and down multiple scores. But when the went into the locker room down 17-3 against the , they had a mindset of "we got this." That's what coach Matt Eberflus said in his postgame speech inside the Bears locker room, which perfectly encapsulated the second-half performance in Chicago's impressive 24-17 comeback win.

The Bears came out of the locker room and didn't give up another point against the Titans, while scoring 24 unanswered. Following the comeback win, Eberflus gave a speech to his locker room, commending them for their mindset and reminding them that nothing comes easy in this league, so they need to keep improving, especially with the on deck. "What was different about this team compared to other teams I've been around, was there was a lot of complaining and stuff like that in those old locker rooms," Eberflus said.

"It wasn't like that. It was 'we got this.' ".

..Because it's not good enough to just be a really good defense and okay on special teams and okay on offense.

It's not okay to have a great offense and just be okay on defense. You've got to have a great team." All about the response 💯 — Chicago Bears (@ChicagoBears) Eberflus called on veteran safety III to speak to the locker room after him.

Byard talked about the changing culture of the Bears, and reminded his offense that their time will come to win them some games. "Just like Coach said at halftime, fellas, understand that we're changing the culture around here," Byard said. "But the culture is not defined until we go through adversity and how we respond.

Look how we responded in that second half. It don't matter -- offense, defense, special teams -- we are a team. A win is a win, and we're going to keep going all year.

" Like the Bears social team wrote in the caption, it's all about the response, and Eberflus and the Bears understand that there is still work to do following this win..
