DALLAS — Misericordia scored four runs in the bottom of the second inning, and after Scranton tied the game in the top of the eighth, the Cougars scored four more in the bottom of the inning to pick up a 10-6 victory Monday afternoon in nonconference baseball. He did not allow a hit and struck out one. Hunter Petrich had a double and three RBIs for Scranton. Conor Campbell had two hits and a run.

Logan Mason had two hits and one RBI. College golf Scranton 318, Wilkes 346: In Moosic, the Wilkes University men’s golf team fell, 318-346, to Scranton on Monday afternoon at Glenmaura National Golf Club. Brady Noone led all Wilkes scorers with an 84.

Trey Hilbert followed, shooting an 86, while Teague Porter and Matthew Carlson each fired an 88. Brady Rood (92) and Daniel Nau (100) rounded out the Colonels. Dan Harding shot a round-low 74 for the Royals, who had three players shoot under 80.
