The space previously belonged to Voula Restaurant, which closed in 2022. The space is about 2,200 square feet, consisting of both ground floor and basement space. There are plans for 17 tables seating 42 and one bar that will seat 10.
The filed paperwork also suggests that there may be occasional live music. Mungan’s The Lazy Llama Coffee Bar is a llama-themed spot that serves handcrafted coffee beverages and baked goods. At this time, the opening timeline for Foursome NYC is unclear.
