Local buyers paid $2.2M for pair of Rochester commercial buildings

ROCHESTER – The Gill Centers , a pair of commercial buildings in Northeast Rochester, recently sold for $2.2 million. Rochester-based LLE Investments, Inc.

purchased the two buildings — Gill Center One at 3155 Wellner Drive NE and Gill Center Two at 3169 Wellner Drive NE — on March 10. LLE Investments is led by Daniel G. Engelbert , according to state documents.



ADVERTISEMENT Northern Lights Properties of Rochester , led by Greg Gill , sold the centers that were built by the late Bob Gill in 2000 and 2001. Jay Christenson and George Rownd of Rochester’s Loam Commercial Real Estate represent both the buyer and seller in the deal. Olmsted County estimated the total market value of the two properties at $2.

37 million — $1.09 million for Gill Center One and $1.27 million for Gill Center Two.
