Bristol and Somerset are set for another day of dangerous weather as Storm Bert caused the Met Office to issue two yellow weather warnings for the region - for both wind and rain. The oncoming storm hit the UK in the early hours of Saturday morning, with the Met Office issuing a yellow rain warning across the south-west from 06.00 on Saturday, November 23, to 23.

00 on Saturday until 21.00 on Sunday. As a result, these areas are likely to be hit with heavy rain that may cause some flooding and travel disruption throughout the weekend, as well as strong winds that could cause dangerous coastal conditions and disruption.
