While Liberty also insisted that she had not followed the celebrity trend of resorting to weight loss jabs, like Ozempic, to shed the pounds.

Ozempic is a diabetes medicine that works by suppressing the appetite and has become a Hollywood favourite for those attempting to slim down. One fan took to the comments to ask Liberty if she had opted to take the drug, writing: 'You have lost tons of weight Liberty, have you been on the weight loss jabs?' But she replied: ' no I don’t do ozempic not against people that do it but just a personal choice of mine. I do go gym and healthy eat.

Working out to love your body not because you hate it is my mindset'. It comes after Liberty opened up on her battles with body positivity and 'social anxiety' in a candid Q&A last month. Explaining she had recently returned from holiday, the star encouraged her fans to send her questions, writing: 'Let's talk body positivity, friendships, confidence, mental health'.

Filming a response video, Liberty replied: 'I don't think body positivity is about feeling good in your body 100% of the time. 'I think is about being real with yourself and putting less expectations on your body.' Speaking about her own experience, she went on: 'For my journey personally I suffered very bad with bloating because of my period.

'With certain foods, it was horrendous. I would go like double the size. I guess some days I do feel down about it and I'm like ''Ah, I don't look good today''.

'But then I think it's important in these cases to remember that people are not analysing your body. 'Two, is all about how you feel in your body, not trying to conform to beauty standards that people can't conform to. Beauty standards change so much! 'If you try to stick to it is just not going to work and you are going to put immense pressure on yourself.

In the video, where the stunner displayed her natural looks and slicked her blonde locks into an up-do, she continued: 'The reason why you stay healthy is to work out, keep your discipline, to look after your health in general. 'For example even if you are thinner and are just trying to put on weight - just be grateful for your body.

Everyone is different and we need to celebrate diversity and individuality.' Moving to mental health topics, Liberty was asked how she copes with anxiety, to which she confessed: 'The most annoying thing to me at the moment, and the thing that I'm trying to overcome the most is that I'm battling - and I say battling because I'm a Christian - a bit of social anxiety. 'Now, I've always been a very outgoing person and very sure of who I am but recently at events I seem to like go in a little bit more.

' The TV personality continued to get candid, saying: 'This is kind of hard for me to admit but I do get a bit of an imposter syndrome sometimes at some events and I think it is because it comes from the fear to be judged. 'If I'm going to be my true self is it going to be met like with negative energy? Because every time I've been fully myself or tried to explain my feelings or like been misunderstood. 'I think sometimes people just don't get me.

I'm just trying to get in the mindset of Lib you are a lion, not a lamp fix up and get over it. I'm trying to get out of the negative mindset'. Liberty also got candid about her current mental health state and when asked how she copes with anxiety, she revealed to have 'a bit of impostor syndrome' that causes 'social anxiety' Liberty Poole Love Island Dancing On Ice London Share or comment on this article: Liberty Poole proudly shows off 'every back roll and tummy fold' in stunning bikini-clad snaps as she shares body positive message and insists she wouldn't get Ozempic e-mail Add comment.
