LG CNS, a specialist in Advanced Experience (AX), is set to significantly expand its cloud-based AX business in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Americas regions in collaboration with Google Cloud. During his recent attendance at the Google Cloud Next 2025 event in Las Vegas, LG CNS CEO Hyun Shin-kyun met with Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian and APAC General Manager Karan Bajwa to discuss strengthening their strategic partnership. The two companies agreed to jointly pursue generative AI-based AX initiatives across various industries, including manufacturing, finance, retail, telecommunications, and public sectors.
Leveraging its IT service experience and cloud and AI technologies, LG CNS plans to develop hundreds of generative AI services combining Google’s AI model, Gemini, and its enterprise AI platform, Vertex AI, to support global customers in adopting AI solutions. In particular, LG CNS has devised a strategy to capture the AX market within the rapidly growing healthcare and biopharmaceutical sectors.
