Letters to the editor: Very poor traffic flow in Boulder’s hinterlands; the amusing hypocrisy of Trump; ‘the better angels of our nature’

Traffic safety is a function of many variables. The least considered is the efficient movement of traffic. Without it, people get frustrated and hurried and drive erratically. Traffic flow changes during the day. Traffic Lights need to change daily to allow for more efficient movement. There is very poor traffic flow in Boulder's hinterlands typically, and now with some construction, it has become a real danger.
