Letters: Steveston bike lane doesn't lead to 'nowhere'

Dear Editor, Re: " Letters: Steveston bike path part of 'woke culture' " There's a letter to the editor indicating that the Steveston bike lane, ending at Shell Road, leads to nowhere. As a matter of fact, Shell Road is a designated bike route, both north and south. It ends at Williams, going north.

Going south, bike riders can ride down Shell Road to the Horseshoe Slough Trail, which ends on Dyke Road. For road bikes especially, Horseshoe Way extends all the way to No. 5 Road, from which there is a short two-minute ride to Dyke Road.
