2 edition: "Trump directs violent rhetoric at former GOP Rep. Liz Cheney," and the headline of the article on Page 3:"Trump advocates '9 barrels shooting' at Liz Cheney." That was taken completely out of context and was erroneous.

Now, it is true that you did include some of President-elect Donald Trump's actual statement in the second paragraph on Page 3 in which he clearly was talking about Cheney being a "war hawk" and pointing out she might feel entirely different if she had to face the "enemy" instead of sending others to face the enemy rifles. I agree that Trump attacked Cheney individually as a war hawk, but he did not attack every supporter of his rival Kamala Harris. President Joe Biden called all the Trump supporters "garbage," and then had the White House try to change the written transcript.

Hillary Clinton, with her "deplorables" comment, disparaged half the citizens of this country. This is not the way we should conduct ourselves in this country. I realize that your paper reflects a left view but does often make an attempt to show both sides (for example the comics Doonesbury and Mallard Fillmore).

You do a disservice to your readers when you do not report accurately the news and let us decide. I just don’t want our newspaper to descend to the shrill partisanship of the majority of the television commentators, instead of being a reliable source of fact on which I and many of your readers depend. This newspaper is above this type of yellow journalism.
