Which will limit oil and gas production. Costly promises I’ve been wondering just how much I’m going to have to pay for all the”free” goodies that the party leaders are promising. I think I’ll just vote for the first party leader who says they’ll get back to the real responsibilities of the federal government.

Those 3 responsibilities are simply: Law, Infastructure & Defence/foreign affairs. Resource development, social programs & education are the responsibilities of the provinces. Free trade and movement of goods across Canada and expanding resource development and world markets are the way to an economically successful Canada from one coast to another.

Separation anxiety Danielle Smith and Postmedia pundits are now in an Alberta Autonomy frenzy, thinking Carney might win the election. Work harder and get better candidates next time. All are acting like spoiled kids threatening a tantrum, to take the ball and leave if they do not get their way.

I am sure Green Tree Asset has jobs for all of you, so go. When you arrive, burn your passport on YouTube, and I will pay for your ticket. Reprieve Is it too harsh to say that the ‘cry wolf’ approach adopted by the new Liberal leader saw an anticlimax this week? Trump did not announce any new tariffs on Canada; the list of countries, probably 60 of them, did not include Canada.

Many Canadians have been rallying behind Liberals so they can better manage tariff pains. Well the big one agenda item Liberals were basing their campaign for the election appears to be averted for now. Another strong highlight of Mr.

Trump’s unpredictability was seen. The bottom line is that this election is our election and we should focus more on our internal situation, which directly affects many Canadians. One is not diminishing the U.

S. threats, including tariff,s but we need to understand that Canadians have been facing these hardships and troubles well before Trump even came into the picture..
