twitter.com/26GCDF2L28 — 1DotUP (@Motorolove) July 24, 2024 The Geekbench 5 listing reveals that a Lenovo device, likely the updated Legion Y700, is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and 12GB of RAM. It achieved scores of 2,209 in single-core and 6,509 in multi-core tests.

This new processor should provide a significant performance improvement over the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip used in the previous model, reports GizmoChina. While the Geekbench listing gives us a glimpse into the Y700’s processing capabilities, other important details such as display specifications, storage options, and battery capacity are still unknown. The international release strategy remains uncertain.

However, based on the previous model's launch pattern, it is reasonable to expect a global release following the initial launch in China. With the year nearing its end, a launch in the coming weeks or months seems probable, positioning Lenovo to capitalize on the holiday shopping season, especially for mobile gamers seeking a high-performance and portable device.
