Legislators have forgotten how to dissent respectfully: SC on neta targeting Nitish

The Supreme Court has commented that legislators appear to have forgotten to be respectful during dissent. This observation was made during a case involving RJD's Sunil Kumar Singh, who was expelled from Bihar legislature for alleged misconduct. The court refused to stay bypolls for Singh's seat and will have a final hearing on his petition in January.
