Reality TV star Lauryn Goodman reflected on the "shock" of discovering that she was expecting her first child with footballer Kyle Walker in a resurfaced interview. Kyle, now 34, has fathered two children with Lauryn, 33, and is a parent to four children with his wife Annie Kilner . Kyle and Lauryn's eldest child Kairo, now four, was born in 2020, whilst their youngest Kinara, one, made her arrival last year.

Lauryn - who's appearing on the latest series of Celebs Go Dating - opened up about the first pregnancy on a podcast just months after giving birth to Kairo. She said that she had not realised she was pregnant even well into the second trimester and had a six-pack when she first found out. Speaking on the podcast Nappy Days in 2020, Lauryn told host Mia Boardman that she found out at a "routine" scan on her kidneys, due to having a benign tumour, the previous year.

She said: "They scanned over my womb and they saw this baby and they said 'oh congratulations'." She continued by saying: "And I was like 'oh has the benign tumour gone? Has it shrunk?' [..

.] They said 'no, on your baby' and I was like 'what?'. They turned the screen and there was this like actual full on baby.

I just remember like bursting out into tears and being so shocked." Asked how far along she was at that point, Lauryn said on the podcast: "That was, I think, over 5 months. I think it was 21 weeks or something.

" She further commented: "I was pretty flat - like my tummy was like literally [a] six-pack." Lauryn also shared that she hadn't thought that symptoms she had been experiencing were pregnancy related, but has since come to that realisation. She said: "When I look back, I'm like actually, I wasn't really that hungry - I had food aversions or I actually felt a bit sick.

" She added that she thought she was just "feeling a bill ill," sharing: "Because I wasn't actively trying for a baby and I'd been told that I wouldn't be able to conceive naturally because of my endometriosis, I never ever thought 'oh those symptoms are pregnancy '." She further told podcast host Mia that she had ended up "crying for days and days" over the news. Discussing the surprise, Lauryn said there was "no physical bump" initially when she looked in the mirror.

Sharing how she felt at the time, she said: "Well, this is no how I pictured it or imagine it but I'm so blessed to be pregnant when I was told that I wouldn't be able to naturally." Follow Mirror Celebs on TikTok , Snapchat , Instagram , Twitter , Facebook , YouTube and Threads ..
