'Birthing our 4th son so freely - in my home sanctuary with my husbands grounding support.' Continuing, Lauren recounted the hours leading up to the birth, revealing that she had been enjoying a family day out before being 'called to the beach'.
'We played in the sand, I had a little run with the kids and then I took a moment to say a prayer to the moon for the journey of my baby earthside,' she wrote. 'Moments later, I had my first sign that Clay had started his descent. We went home, bathed the boys, fed them, tucked them in to bed and then I retreated to my room as Barry prepared the bath.
' Continuing the expansive post, Lauren revealed that her labour took just 30 minutes. 'I fully dilated within moments and Clay was born after a few short contractions. It felt slow, I was fully present - but it was about 30mins in total,' she wrote.
