Not much went right for the Las Vegas Raiders in 2024. A 4-13 season resulted in a complete overhaul of the front office, coaching staff, and much of the roster. But according to Bradley Locker of Pro Football Focus, that regime nailed at least one crucial part of the last season, the NFL Draft.
According to their Wins Above Replacement metric, the Raiders had the 4th most productive draft class, behind only the Los Angeles Rams, Washinton Commanders, and New York Giants. Here is the full 2024 Raiders Draft Class: 1 (13): TE Brock Bowers, Georgia 2 (44): C Jackson Powers-Johnson, Oregon 3 (77): T Delmar Glaze, Maryland 4 (112): CB Decamerion Richardson, Mississippi State 5 (148): LB Tommy Eichenberg, Ohio State 6 (208): RB Dylan Laube, New Hampshire 7 (223): S Trey Taylor, Air Force 7 (229): CB MJ Devonshire, Pittsburgh 4. Las Vegas Raiders Snaps Played: 6,031 PFF WAR: 0.
56 While Daniels received the bulk of the plaudits for his unreal first season, Brock Bowers deserves just as much credit. His 85.1 PFF overall grade slotted third among qualified tight ends and is the third-best mark for a rookie since 2016.
Along the offensive line, Jackson Powers-Johnson (70.4 PFF run-blocking grade) and D.J.
Glaze (66.1 PFF overall grade) established themselves as potential pillars. Other newcomers Tommy Eichenberg, Amari Gainer, and Trey Taylor bolstered the team’s special teams grade with 68.
0-plus PFF special teams marks. Of course, the challenge this year is to follow up last year’s with another homerun. This year, they have the benefit of picking high once again, but even after a very active free agency, they have plenty of roster spots to fill.
2025 Raiders Draft Order: 1 No. 6 2 No. 37 3 No.
68 4 No. 108 5 No. 143 6 No.
180 6 No. 213 (via compensatory pick) 6 No. 215 (via compensatory pick) 7 No.
