After the remnants of the last storm exit the area, a rise in temperatures is expected as a ridge of high pressure takes over for the weekend. This change brings dry conditions and a gradual warming trend, setting the stage for near-normal temps by Sunday.

As noted in the National Weather Service forecast discussion, this storm will herald a period of gusty winds across the region. However, the system is also expected to bring cooler temperatures, with a drop of about 8 to 12 degrees forecasted from Monday to Tuesday.
