Lammy targeted by pro-Palestine protesters

The Foreign Secretary has been targeted by pro-Palestine protesters at his home in north London. Two female activists from Youth Demand laid child-sized body bags at David Lammy’s doorstep and displayed a sign over his hedge which read “Lammy Stop Arming Genocide”. Activists Cristy North, 37, and Sue Houseman carried out the protest at 11am on Tuesday.

Mr Lammy and the Metropolitan Police have been contacted for comment. A Youth Demand spokesman said the group was calling for the Government to impose a total trade embargo on Israel. This is a breaking news story.
