Adorable photographs show some cuddly new arrivals at a family farm. Lambing season is in full swing at Coombes Farm, near Lancing, with hundreds of woolly bundles of joy expected to arrive over the next few weeks. The public were first invited to the farm 45 years ago by Jenny Flake, who runs the farm with her son Andrew Flake.
Ms Flake's family have run the farm since 1901. This year the farm has 800 ewes lambing as well as 45 cows calving. The farm is open everyday until April 21 and visitors can take a tractor ride to the top of the Downs to see them in the fields.
This year, the farm is running a competition to discover the cutest lamb photograph. To enter the competition, visitors must upload their photos to the lambing Facebook page. The winners will receive a free family return trip for up to four people.
