Korina Sanchez Reformats Karla Estrada’s Show, Features New Co-Host?

Veteran journalist Korina Sanchez allegedly reformatted Face 2 Face the show in which Queen Mother Karla Estrada is the current host. The said show which is called the barangay hall on-air was first hosted by It’s Showtime Amy Perez. When it returned on air, it featured Karla as the new host with her co-host comedian Alex Calleja.

Early this September, it was rumored that Korina would take over Face 2 Face . Reportedly, Karla had to leave the show because of her political plan. In 2022, the Queen Mother had to leave the Kapamilya morning talk show Magandang Buhay because she ran for Tingog Partylist representative.



Karla Estrada was not able to sit in Congress as the third nominee of the said partylist. After this, she was assigned as the consultant of Social Services and Promotions of the Office of Speaker Martin Romualdez, as well as, of the partylist. Rita, Samar. This is the hometown of Karla’s grandmother. It was said that Karla’s plan to run in the 2025 elections is already organized.

Asis shared that this would be under the team of Partylist Rep. Yedda Romualdez, the wife of Speaker Martin Romualdez. When it comes to Face 2 Face, the showbiz writer shared that Korina Sanchez wanted a new format for the show because she does not want it to be still associated with Karla Estrada.

Asis also shared that until Karla’s last episode, she still did not read the “id!ot board.” It was also said that Korina will feature Kaladkaren as her co-host. As of this writing, there is no official announcement yet from TV5 regarding this matter.
