A popular home transformation programme is looking for families in Wales to take part in the new series. Kirstie and Phil's Love It or List It on Channel 4 is looking for people to express an interest to star in upcoming episodes. Love it or List it is a 60-minute programme on Channel 4 hosted by property experts Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer.
Each programme features a family struggling with a common dilemma - their home doesn’t work for them anymore and one side of the family are keen to stay and make their current home better, but the other side of the family want to sell up and move. Kirstie will try to show the family that they can make their current home work by transforming it (love it). Meanwhile, Phil Spencer will attempt to demonstrate to the family that the best way to move forward is by selling up and buying a new home (list it).

The couple will also see three homes that match as much of their criteria as possible with Phil, as he tries to sway them towards team 'list it'.
At the end of the programme when they’ve seen all three houses with Phil and their own home transformation is complete, Kirstie and Phil will ask what they are going to do next: love it or list it? In a casting call, Raise the Roof Productions wrote it "would love to hear from families across Wales" who have a dilemma on whether to love or list their property. It read: "From Cardiff to Wrexham to Bangor and all the towns and villages in between, if your family has a friendly conflict on what do with your home, we want to hear from you! Casting for 'Kirstie and Phil's Love It or List It' on Channel 4 is now open. Glasgow based production company Raise the Roof Productions are looking for Welsh households to take part.
