Kia has revealed the name of its upcoming micro-SUV. It will be called the Syros and sit below the Sonet in the brand's lineup. It will be Kia's derivative of the Hyundai Exter.
Kia says that the Syros will use its new Kia 2.0 design language. The brand has released teaser images of the Syros earlier, showcasing its side profile.
Test mules of this upcoming Kia SUV have been spotted testing on Indian roads a handful of times. The spy shots and the teaser imager reveal a boxy shape for the Syros, with a thick B-Pillar. Kia could also throw the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol from its part bin in the Syros. The engine produces 118 hp and 172 Nm of peak torque.
