Kia deal makes it cheaper to own affordable performance model

One Kia dealer is now making it more affordable to own the brand's cheapest performance model with a handful of free services.

While its price won't be changing, one dealer is offering free servicing for buyers of new for the month of December. or signup to continue reading From now until December 31, 2024, a Kia dealer in New South Wales will be including three free scheduled services in the purchase price of 2024 Cerato GT models. It'll still be on sale at a drive-away price of $39,290, with prices for the top-spec sedan and hatch body styles identical as before.

The flagship GT is the only Cerato in the range to feature a turbocharged 1.6-litre four-cylinder petrol engine, which produces 150kW of power and 265Nm of torque. It's mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, with drive sent exclusively to the front wheels.



Being the range-topping model you also get some extra goodies like 18-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights and tail lights, leather-appointed trim, wireless phone charging, heated and ventilated front seats, and multi-link rear suspension. The Cerato range is covered by a seven-year, unlimited-kilometre warranty, with servicing required every 12 months or 10,000km for the GT. Kia Australia offers seven years of capped-price servicing, with the first three for GT usually priced at $281, $461, and $360.
