Jeopardy! viewers were confused with host, Ken Jennings, needing clarification about one of the most famous kids in the world. On the Monday, April 7 episode of the ABC trivia game show , Taylor Mattox, an IT specialist from Columbus, Ohio, and Erin Li, a psychiatrist from Queens, New York, went against the returning champion Mike Dawson, a technology manager from Portland, Oregon. The three contestants had six new categories in the second round: Malice in Wonderland, Midieval Histories, Scrabble Scores, Habitats for Humanity, On the "M"ap and Her Mom's a Singer.

Jeopardy! fans were left in shock and confused when the host, Ken Jennings , needed Mike to be more specific after he only gave the first name of Beyoncé's oldest daughter. Erin picked the category "Her Mom's a Singer" for $1,200 with Ken reading the clue, "She set a Guinness World Record for youngest individual credited with a Grammy for her work on Beyoncé's 'Brown skin girl.'" Mike buzzed in and said, "Who is Blue Ivy?" The host took a second and then asked Mike to "be more specific.

" Mike then added, "Who is Blue Ivy Carter?" with Ken responding, "That's correct." In a Reddit thread discussing the episode, viewers expressed their confusion over Ken's reaction and needed clarification as if there was more than one famous Blue Ivy on this earth. One person wrote in the thread, "I was a bit surprised to see Ken give a be more specific prompt for Mike's 'Blue Ivy' ring-in.

How many Blue Ivys are out there haha? Mike also looked confounded afterwards." Another person wrote, "It was especially bonkers given the category. How many kids named Blue Ivy does Beyoncé have?" A third person posted: "I thought the same since Blue Ivy is trademarked.

" Beyoncé's company, BGK Trademark Holdings LLC, initially filed a trademark application for "Blue Ivy Carter" shortly after her daughter's birth in 2012. The singer shares Blue Ivy with husband and rapper, Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Corey Carter. They also share twins, daughter Rumi and son Sir, 8.
