The Minnesota Vikings had the worst injury luck on Thursday night when they saw left tackle Christian Darrisaw go down with a knee injury in a 30-20 loss . His left leg got rolled up on when the Vikings ran a basic duo run play when they were at the three yard like with less than a minute to go in the first half. There were a lot of people that were furious with head coach Kevin O'Connell for calling a normal play and not taking a knee.

That decision might have cost Darrisaw his health and potentially playing in multiple games this season depending on how the injury looks. Kevin O'Connell provides update on Christian Darrisaw After the game, O'Connell updated everyone on the status of Darrisaw. "Christian Darrisaw, all did sustain a left knee injury.

I don't have an update for you at this time, but we'll continue that evaluation here and then on into tomorrow and try to confirm what that is keeping keeping our fingers crossed that we get some positive news." Initially, it looked like Darrisaw's MCL was what got damaged. If that's the case, he could miss up to six weeks, which could be a major factor in the Vikings' quest for a Super Bowl.
