The mum-of-five, 46, was rumoured to have called time on her 11-month romance with MAFS UK star JJ after they spent Christmas Day separately. Despite representatives for Katie confirming to the Mirror that the couple were still together, and Katie sharing snaps of a festive visit to Santa's Grotto with Slater and son Harvey, her latest social media activity has reignited rumours of trouble in paradise. In a cryptic Instagram story, Katie shared a lengthy quote about setting "boundaries without guilt" and no longer fearing the loss of others because she has "finally found herself".
The post read: "She used to tolerate a lot because she didn't want to lose people. She stayed quiet, overgave and made excuses for others, thinking it was the only way to keep the peace." It continued: "But now, she knows better.
She's learned that constantly shrinking herself to make others comfortable only leads to losing the most important relationship of all - her relationship with herself." The message went on to say that the woman now "sets boundaries without guilt" and "speaks her truth", adding that those who "truly value her will respect her limits and the ones who don't were never meant to stay". The post concluded with the line: "She's no longer afraid of losing others - she's finally found herself.
" Earlier in April, concerns were raised by pals of Katie about her latest cosmetic surgery ambitions. Closer Magazine reported that the former glamour model is jetting off to Turkey for a procedure to fix her 'pixie ears'. A source disclosed to the magazine: "Katie is heading to Turkey [this month] for her first New Year's procedure: fixing her pixie ears. She thinks they need correcting after her recent facelift. She's having her ears removed, then re-stitched in place and pinned back so that they don't stick out.
" The source continued: "Friends think Katie has gone too far. They feel like she's obsessed and loves the attention – and the money from the pictures – that the surgery brings in." It's claimed that Katie has had 17 breast augmentations and six facelifts among other procedures.
