Katie Price announced as headliner of pride event

Katie Price will be holding an "exclusive meet and greet" as she is announced as a headliner at a pride event. The former glamour model, who grew up in Brighton and now lives in Dial Post, a small village in Sussex, will be holding the event at Portsmouth Pride this summer. The ticketed event promises "to be full of fun, candid moments, and a chance to meet one of the most talked-about stars in the UK".

Price has been outspoken in the media about gay rights and has appeared at Manchester, Dublin and Darlington pride events in previous years. Back in 2015, the 46-year-old was nominated as a celebrity ally for the LGBTQ+ Awards.
