Qatar tribune QNA Doha The Cultural Village Foundation (Katara) on Wednesday concluded its four-day Eid Al-Fitr festivities, which took place at Katara Corniche and various locations within the cultural village. The celebrations featured a diverse array of cultural, artistic, and heritage activities, including remarkable performances by the Police Music Band, which delivered national melodies alongside classical and traditional compositions. On the fourth day, visitors continued to enjoy street art performances, various artistic displays, and the play “The Adventures of Adnan the Pirate, The Mind is a Blessing’” on the outdoor stage at Katara Corniche.
The Oud Center at Building 6 maintained its enchanting musical evenings as part of Eid Nights, hosting renowned musicians, composers, and artists. Additionally, the events included Qatari Ardhah dances, folkloric displays from African and Asian countries, and performances of desert heritage melodies by “Rababa” player Salah Al Shamaylah.
