A group of abortion doctors on stage at Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris’s rally in Houston Friday appeared to pass the buck as a rally-goer suffers a medical emergency. Video shows dozens of doctors wearing white coats appear to frantically look around as the crowd shouted for a medic. Dr.

Richard Todd Ivy , the OB/GYN of 25 years standing at the podium, tried to continue his pro-abortion remarks before he acknowledged the Harris supporter’s health crisis. “I think someone needs some medical assistance over here,” Ivy said, pointing his finger in the direction of the emergency. They’re okay.” Another voice was heard confirming, “they’re good” before Ivy continued his remarks. It is unclear exactly who helped the rally-goer experiencing the health crisis.

Standing below a blue screen with the words “Vote for Reproductive Freedom,” the OB/GYN doctor moved on from the medical emergency to tell his audience that abortion access is a “healthcare crisis” in Texas.
