Ingredients: Method of preparation: 1. Season the drumsticks with salt and pepper. 2.

Put a piece of butter in a frying pan together with the drumsticks. 3. Fry until golden brown.

4. Remove the drumsticks from the pan. 5.

Add the chopped mushrooms to the same pan and fry until all the liquid has evaporated. 6. Add the chopped onion to the mushrooms and fry until soft.

7. Add grated garlic and a tablespoon of flour and fry for a minute. 8.

Pour in the wine and chicken broth. 9. Season with salt and pepper and put the drumsticks back.
