Chef is ushering in a new era at his all-day dining destination at Hudson Yards. New concept will replace Leña in spring 2025. Txula will be an elevated Spanish steakhouse named for the Txuletón, a 60-day aged beef ribeye.
It will be centered around a live-fire hearth and will feature menu highlights such as Ibéerico pork, grilled seafood from the Spanish and U.S. coasts, and lamb and beef cuts.
“Like the Basque pioneers of la nueva cocina vasca, Txula breaks the rules while respecting their essence. Bringing an avant-garde and playful edge to its design, also led by Rockwell Group, Txula introduces the excellence of the Basque steakhouse to the New York City steakhouse scene with a bold, flavorful and innovative menu and feel,” a release obtained by states. The manages a variety of restaurant brands across the country, with a mission “to change the world through the power of food,” according to its website.
Other New York restaurants from the group include Zaytinya, Nubeluz and Bazaar, as well as La Barra and Mar both located in Mercado Little Spain. Related Posts © What Now Media Group 2024. All rights reserved.
