London, Paris, Berlin, Oslo, Helsinki, Seville, Amsterdam and quite a bit of New York City are transformed into places that have dealt with their traffic problems by treating those travelling without a private car with respect and care. Why are there people still so determined to keep BCP's three towns stuck in rut of pollution, accidents and wasted time stuck in traffic jams?
