com . IPPB Recruitment Details Candidates should possess BE / BTech, ME/ MTech, BSc, MSc in relevant subject from recognized University or Institute. The age limits for various positions as of December 1, 2024, are as follows: for the Assistant Manager role, candidates must be between 20 and 30 years old; for the Manager position, the age requirement is between 23 and 35 years; Senior Managers should be aged between 26 and 35 years; and for the Cyber Security Expert position, candidates should not exceed 50 years of age.
The pay scale and allowances for regular positions are as follows: Scale III offers a basic pay of Rs 85,920 to Rs 1,05,280, with an approximate Cost to Company (CTC) of Rs 2,25,937 per month; Scale II ranges from Rs 64,820 to Rs 93,960, with a CTC of Rs 1,77,146 per month; and Scale I ranges from Rs 48,480 to Rs 85,920, resulting in a CTC of Rs 1,40,398 per month. The CTC includes additional pay and perks such as Dearness Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Special Allowance, Fixed Personal Pay, a bouquet of allowances (50% of basic pay), NPS, Gratuity, HRA/leased accommodation, and Mediclaim facilities. Officers may also be eligible for Performance Pay.
