The award was presented to him during the Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament 2025 held at Parliament House, New Delhi. The award ceremony was graced by Cabinet Minister Dr.

Mansukh Mandaviya and Minister of State Raksha Khadse.Harmanjot, the only awardee from Jammu and Kashmir among the 24 selected nationwide, was recognized for his exceptional contributions in innovation and social services. The award includes a medal, certificate, and a cash prize of Rs 1, 00,000.



This is Harmanjot’s second national recognition; he previously received the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar 2021 (National Child Award). His work in using technology for social causes and national development has earned him this esteemed recognition.
