Srinagar, Apr 19: Police in Budgam district of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday said they attached a vehicle belonging to a known militant associate under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), 1967.Police said the seized vehicle, an Innova, in possession of Mudasir Ahmad Rather, resident of Kantbagh Kralpora, Budgam was linked to a terror module.“The seizure was executed under section 25 of the UAP Act in FIR No.
