Reliance Jio has given two days of complimentary unlimited plans to compensate the users for inconvenience caused by the network issue. Reliance Jio recently suffered a massive outage and disruption its network services in Mumbai due to a fire at its data centre. The Jio network issue was experienced by the users and some of them posted on X about having no network and no mobile internet.
Now, netizens shared that Jio sent them a text message to saying, "As a goodwill gesture, we have applied a 2-DAY COMPLIMENTARY UNLIMTIED PLAN on your number."
