Jets and Starfires roll Friday; Braves fall at Bulldogs

Matthew Klingenberger Sports Reporter Decatur Daily Democrat Both the Adams Central Jets and South Adams Starfires racked up comfortable wins in Allen County Athletic Conference play. Meanwhile, the Bellmont Braves were beaten at New Haven in the Northeast 8. Adams Central will have a big showdown with Bluffton next week.

Any notion they might overlook Southern Wells this week was quickly dismissed in Monroe. The Jets breezed by the Raiders 55-0. South Adams turned in an impressive defensive display to pick up a 34-14 triumph at Jay County.
