Jesse Sullivan is speaking out about a difficult experience. Three days after welcoming twins with fiancée Francesca Farago , the TikToker —who came out as transgender in 2019—accused an unnamed worker of discriminating against him while filling out the paperwork to solidify their newborns' names. "You guys wouldn't even believe the situation I just encountered doing the birth certificates," Jesse said in a Snapchat Story Nov.

And I was like, 'This is blatant discrimination.'" And while Jesse—who is also dad to 16-year-old Arlo from a previous relationship—didn't share exactly what the person said, he said it was connected to questions being asked about his and Francesca's decision to welcome their babies via IVF and a third-party sperm donor. "It literally says on the form that situations like mine happen all the time," Jesse said.
"You're making this huge deal about it. You're calling to confirm. It's literally on the form.
It says it on the first page of the form. It says mine and Francesca's exact situation with the kids, states IVF—all of it." And Jesse said the interaction left him so shaken up that he had to cut the video short.
"I'll tell you guys more later," he added, "but it was like literally f--ked up, like I'm like shaking right now. I can't even remember last time I felt like this." Francesca and Jesse—who got engaged in April 2023—shared that they welcomed a baby boy and a baby girl on Nov.

I was like, do you mind if I film two TikToks quick?" And while she called their births a "blur" as a result, Francesca was filled with nothing but joy when the twins—whose names have yet to be shared—finally arrived. "They were perfect," she gushed. "So sweet, so cute.
