As part of the acquisition, Jennmar has formed an automation division, Jennmar Automation, LLC, which will provide both in-house automation services as well as continued service to ATE's existing external customers. The addition of ATE brings highly specialized automatic machinery, equipment, and custom engineering expertise to Jennmar, supporting the company's continued efforts to implement automation technologies across its global manufacturing footprint.
