The Jefferson County Emergency Management Agency is replacing its Everbridge notification system with a new app called MyAlerts. The MyAlerts app allows users to set multiple locations for notifications, ensuring they stay informed about situations near their home, work, or their child's school. The app provides notifications about severe weather and other critical information from the EMA.
