JD Vance And Family Visit Taj Mahal As India Tour Winds Up Amid Pahalgam Terror; Elon Musk Reacts

American Vice President JD Vance and his family are on the leg of their whirlwind India-Tour amid the Pahalgam Terror Attack. Vance condemned the attack that killed 28 tourists in the valley. Meanwhile, the Vance family kept to their itinerary and visited the Taj Mahal in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

He shared glimpses from the Taj on his social media account. The U.S.



Vice President JD Vance posed in front of the iconic Mughal monument, along with his Indian-origin wife, Usha Vance. Their three children, sons Evan and Vivek, sported ethnic wear, and so did the youngest daughter, Mirabel. Vance remarked on the visitor’s diary.

“The Taj Mahal is amazing. A testament to true love, human ingenuity, and a tribute to the great country of India.” Earlier the Vance family received a ceremonial welcome by the UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath at the Agra Air Force Station.

Vance’s motorcade was greeted by schoolchildren waving both the Indian and American flags. There were elaborate security measures in the city along with the American security agencies that were stationed in Agra three days ahead of Vance’s visit. Reacting to JD Vance’s post, DOGE chief and Tesla’s billionaire boss Elon Musk remarked “One of the most beautiful wonders of the world.

” Earlier in 2022, Musk’s tweet appreciating the Taj Mahal while recalling his 2007 India visit went viral. The SpaceX founder is set for his next India visit soon, ahead of Tesla showroom’s inauguration in Mumbai’s BKC. Today I visited the Taj Mahal with Usha and the kids.
