Jazz club raises £600 for Watford Pump House theatre

The Pump House Jazz Club, established in 1972, generated the funds for the Pump House Theatre and Arts Trust's "Sponsor A Brick" initiative, set up to finance major improvements to the popular Watford site. Introduced after the 2021 announcement that £750,000 was needed for roof replacement and other substantial changes, the campaign urges people to donate £10 for a virtual brick. Donors' names are then permanently displayed on the forthcoming development.
