Jason Kelce may have retired from the NFL after the 2023 campaign, but he's remained around the game of football through his various sports media gigs. On Sunday night, though, he turned his attention towards the Canadian Football League to support his former college roommate. Kelce and his brother, Travis Kelce, played football together in college at the University of Cincinnati, with Jason becoming an offensive lineman, and Travis being a tight end.
Along the way, they befriended the quarterback of their team in Zach Collaros. While the Kelce brothers made it in the NFL, Collaros spent some time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before finding his way to the CFL. He's since enjoyed a successful career in the CFL, and with his Winnipeg Blue Bombers playing in the Grey Cup, Kelce showed his support to his old friend with a heartwarming gesture.

Unfortunately, things did not go Collaros' way in the Grey Cup. He struggled mightily on the day, as he completed just 50 percent of passes for 202 yards. Making matters even worse, he threw four interceptions, which all but ensured the Blue Bombers would lose, which they did, with the final score settling in at 41-24.

Travis lost Super Bowl LV with the Kansas City Chiefs, while Jason would end up losing Super Bowl LVII to his brother Travis and those same Chiefs. So while Jason was keeping tabs on Travis' huge Week 11 contest with the Chiefs against the Buffalo Bills (which they ended up losing 30-21), he also made a point to watch Collaros in action.
And on Monday night, it will be Jason's turn to go to work, as he will be part of ESPN's "Monday Night Countdown." Related: Travis Kelce Blown Away by First-Round Rookie Quarterback.
