Jaguar Teases First Design Concept Under New Brand Identity

Jaguar has recently revealed its new brand identity as an EV-only carmaker by showcasing its new logo and the elements that define it.

Jaguar has shared a teaser for its first design concept under its new brand identity. Called the Design Vision Concept, the vehicle features a design language that will be seen on future models from the brand. The teaser shows the rear quarter section of the concept.

Though not many details are visible, it hints at what we can expect from Jaguar as an EV-only carmaker. The brand says the design language of the concept projects "Exuberant Modernism.



" You can see a chunky rear wheel arch and a windowless rear section that ends in a flat fascia. The panel features the new Jaguar 'Strikethrough' pattern. Jaguar will unveil the Design Vision Concept on 2nd December at Miami Art Week.

Jaguar has started testing the GT sedan, which will take design inspiration from the Design Vision Concept. Jaguar recently shared official images of the test mules, which show a boxy vehicle with squared-off extremes. The reborn Jaguar is expected to debut three new electric vehicles by 2026.

The Artist Mark is the letters 'j' and 'r' enclosed in a circle. The Strikethrough is horizontal lines closed together, while the Makers Mark is the Jaguar leaper between the Strikethrough element.
